Who we are

Clinear Limited, registered in Ireland (company number 815993). Registered office: Cloonaghmore, Clonaslee, Co. Laois, R32 Y439.

Director: Rauri Keogh. Write to the registered office above.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

What these terms cover

These terms are the contract for using Clinear the product: the clinic portal, Super Admin, booking, and related Clinear services.

They are between Clinear Limited and the clinic (or other organisation) that holds the Clinear account. Individual staff use the product under that clinic's account.

They are not the clinic's terms with its patients. Each clinic is responsible for its own patient contracts, consent, and clinical duties.

The service

Clinear is practice-management software for clinics. Features depend on the plan and add-ons the clinic has.

We do not give clinical advice. We do not treat patients. Staff remain responsible for clinical decisions.

We do not promise a specific uptime figure. We work to keep the service available and will say so when we cannot.

Accounts and access

The clinic must keep account details accurate and keep login details safe. Staff may sign in with a password or with Google.

The clinic decides who has access and which role they hold. The clinic must remove access when a person leaves.

Do not share logins. Do not try to reach another clinic's data. Do not probe, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Patient records

Each clinic is the controller of its patient records. Clinear is the processor. We process those records only on the clinic's instructions, to provide the product.

Do not paste patient data into support messages or any channel that is not the patient record.

Clinear does not use patient records to advertise. We do not sell them.

Google

Staff may sign in with Google. We use the Google name, email, and profile photo to recognise staff. We do not use that to advertise.

If a clinic connects Google Ads, that is a separate grant. We use it only to upload offline conversions the clinic asked us to send, and only where ad_attribution consent is recorded. Google Ads Data Processing Terms are not yet accepted on the Clinear manager account. Live uploads will not run until they are.

Fees

The clinic pays the fees for its plan and usage. Stripe processes Clinear's own subscription payments. Clinear does not take patient payments through Stripe.

Prices and allowances are as shown at the time of purchase or as later agreed in writing. Irish VAT rules apply to Clinear's invoices.

Acceptable use

Use Clinear only for lawful clinic work. Do not use it to send unlawful messages, to store unlawful content, or to break another person's rights.

The clinic is responsible for what its staff do in the account.

Our content and yours

Clinear owns the product, the design, and the software. The clinic owns its records and the content it puts in.

The clinic gives us the licence we need to host, back up, and display that content in the product.

Ending the account

The clinic may stop using Clinear and ask us to close the account. We may suspend or close an account for unpaid fees, misuse, or legal risk.

After closure, patient-record retention and erasure follow the clinic's instructions and the law. Billing records we must keep, we keep.

Liability

We provide the product with reasonable care. We do not exclude liability that Irish law does not allow us to exclude: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

We are not liable for clinical outcomes. We are not liable for a clinic's own decisions, staffing, or patient care.

Changes

We will update this page when the terms change. The date at the top is the last review. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

The privacy notice is a separate page.
